The company organization of DIA Technology can carry out electrical designs based on specific customer requests in compliance with both EN and International standards (UL-CSA, BS, etc.). The skills acquired make it possible to tackle different issues and perform tests in different ways.
In addition to the design service, we undertake to find non-standard materials, providing, if necessary, to the manufacture of customized products.

Design of transformer cabins

DIA Technology routinely carries out maintenance, refurbishment and technological upgrading of MV substations, as well as their supply and start-up. Experienced, qualified and certified technicians also take care of preparatory activities aimed at full customer satisfaction, such as requests for estimates for connection to the national power grid, Enel operating rules, customs procedures, visits, inspections and reports.

Atex and Safety SIL compliance

We can draw up risk analysis for the purposes of the Atex directive and SIL safety assessments for risk reduction up to obtaining the certification.

Design and implementation of PLC embedded logic systems

Even in this specific case the software design and development are carried out inside the DIA Group. The developed systems and programs are debugged in-house or on-site, directly with the customer. DIA has have in-depth technical knowledge in various sectors of industrial automation. This allows us to communicate with very demanding customers and provide cutting edge technical solutions.

Technical Expertise

Customers often need to obtain technical expertise to certify a specific situation for various reasons.
This may happen in the event of disputes with a customer or supplier or to estimate economic damages. DIA Technology has a group of technicians that can work on all such cases and participate as CTP (Party-appointed Technical Consultant.) during the various stages of litigation with the competent Authorities.

ECAD – EPLAN – SPAC – AUTOCAD

All projects, topologies, single-line diagrams are created using the most recent software. In this way use, storage and exchange of documentation are also easier for customers. All electrical cabinets, made or modified by DIA Technology are also photographed using a specific method for easy recognition of the components and nomenclature even after installation. This unique service allows DIA Technology technicians to provide remote support to users on-site who may need to implement modifications, repairs, or additions.
